The HCG diet helps you lose weight quickly and safely.

HCG, short for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, is a synthetic version of the “super hormone” found in both men and women produced by the placenta during pregnancy. Here at Sound Shapes, we will teach you how to administer injections of HCG in a virtually painless way (it usually feels no worse than a mosquito bite). The injections communicate to your hypothalamus to mobilize your fat from it’s fat storage locations and releases it into your body, causing you to feel less crummy due to the calories this process introduces to your bloodstream.

The HCG diet requires a strict 500-calorie per day diet. However, most dieters report little to no hunger! We will provide you with plenty of recipes to help with ensuring you’re consuming the proper amount of vegetables, fiber, and (most importantly) water.

Weight Loss

Most dieters report losing up to 1/2 to 1lb a day. The HCG hormone injections are not responsible for your weight loss but helps in how you lose the weight. That’s why maintaining the diet and including exercise into your daily regimen can give you the best results.

How It Works

Targets the body’s “bad fat”, or the adipose fat tissue, so that your weight loss comes from excess fat and not from your important essential muscle tissue. Many clients on this diet feel energized and more healthy with little to no hunger.

Strict Diet

For best results, adding or increasing the amount of vegetables with your meals can promote weight loss. The program allows protein, vegetables and fruit. Eating plenty of fiber and drinking lots of water is also important.During the first two days, known as the “loading days”, adding additional good fat in preparation to transitioning to a strict 500-calorie diet. We will provide you with detailed training and recipes. Seven day a week support is available.
